EPA DHAs Each EPA DHA capsule contains 1000mg of fish oil with 180mg EPA and 120mg DHA. EPA DHA has undergone the Molecular Distillation process to produce a higher grade of fish oil that is more pure as it removes heavy metals, pollutants, impurities and environmental toxins.

Recommended Dosage
Adults : 1-3 capsules daily after meals
